KADDB CONCLUDES A SUCCESSFUL PARTICIPATION AT IDEX 2019 EXHIBITION IN ABU DHABI – UAE
KADDB and its subsidiaries have concluded a successful participation in the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2019, in Abu Dhabi – UAE during the period of 17th – 21st February. KADDB' sbooth was in Hall 1; Stand Number 01-B08.
The booth was honoured by the visits of different royalties and excellencies, as well as leading VIP delegations and decision makers in the defence industry.
KADDB subsidiaries that exhibited under KADDB's umbrella were; Jordan Light Vehicle Manufacturing Company (JLVM), Jordan Advanced Machining Company (JordanAMCO), First Armour, Aselsan Middle East (AME) and Jordan Ammunition Manufacturing Services (Jorammo).
During the event, KADDB and its subsidiaries displayed a number of unique products such as Al Wahsh all terrain armoured vehicle and Al Ghazal long range multipurpose vehicle by JLVM. JLVM also demonstrated models for the fourth generation of the renowned Al Jawad internal security vehicle, which comes as a continuity to the success of the first three generations.
JordanAMCO displayed its upgraded Snake Head Cupola Twin Gun; which is a fully closed cupola fitted on a hybrid ring mount with 13 vision blocks, enabling the gunner to have wide surveillance angles of the perimeter around the vehicle. The new upgraded Twin Gun model was equipped with a new front shield fitted on the weapon mount. The shield moves up and down providing the gunner full protection in the area around the gun barrels in addition to a curved vision block to enhance gunners’ vision. JordanAMCO also displayed a twin gun pedestal mount as well as its well renowned ring mount.
Aselsan Middle East displayed its state-of-the-art products in the Night and Thermal Vision Imaging Systems.Jorammo displayed its newest NATO and CIP certified ammunition for the 9mm, 5.56mm, and 7.62mm, in addition to the various shotshell calibres. It is worth mentioning here that KADDB is a regular exhibitor in IDEX.
Frist Armour displayed its unique low weight helmets as well as their ballistic plates, which are considered amongst the lowest ballistic plates weight in the world with less than 1 kg. In addition, First Armour displayed its special boots that are manufactured using injection technology.
